How good a chronicler and photographer of that time Franc Rabuse was can be told by two authors who published his photographs in their publications. Erich Petschauer in the work Das Jahrhundertbuch der Gottscheer, 1980; and Herbert Otterstädt in the book Gottschee Verlone Heimat deutscher Waldebauern, 1962. Both original postcards and photographic plates are in the possession of the author of the exhibition and publication, who made sure that the authorship of the photographs, which immortalized the panoramic view of the village so well, belongs to Franc Rabuse.
