A watercolour painting of Koprivnk, made by Mr Michael (Mihael) Ruppe, inspired Mr Franc Rabuse to make photo-postcard from the same spot in 1939. On the postcard we cannot see the village Hrib (Büchel), top left, yet we can see the chapel amid the cultivated fields, standing by the main road heading to Hrib. The roadside chapel, like most sacral architecture, was torn down in the fifties, and the rubble later removed. BACK TO COLLECTION
